We work in a very unique way, being reachable out of office hours. Whether you are a candidate looking for a job or a nursery looking for staff, we are just a call away. We work as the business dictates so we will do our best to contact candidates and nurseries whenever it is convenient for them. Shama is the director of Purple Dove, having worked in childcare recruitment since 2009. She has grown Purple Dove into a niche company, working closely with clients and candidates. Shama enjoys cooking and travelling. In her spare time, Shama keeps fit and spends time socialising with friends and family.

Tiffany joined Purple Dove in 2022.Tiffany has worked for both corporate and family run businesses so brings a wealth of experience with her. Tiffany has a young family including the newest member of the family, Maple the Labrador, who now takes up most of her spare time!
