The Nanny Recruitment Process
We’ll interview prospects and do a background check then handpick a few or one or two, as you direct, to interview.
DBS Check
All the candidates we provide will have had a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check within the last 12 months or be registered on the update service prior to engagement which is an online service that employers can log into to check if there are any changes since the candidates received their DBS.

One of the Purple Dove team will have personally interviewed each prospective nanny.

There are a multitude of childcare courses and qualifications. These too will be checked. Just ask the team if you would like the differences explained.

Nanny Hours
It is important to be clear of the hours you require as some nannies may have more than one job. Here at Purple Dove, we have a minimum requirement of 30 hours a week to take on a vacancy.
