Nursery Nurse, Queens Park NW6

Small independent Nursery looking for qualified Level 3 nursery nurse in the Queens Park area.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE: Level 3 or above in a recognised Childcare/Early Years qualification.

Salary:

• Paying £25,000 and above per annum (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Hours: 

• Permanent role, full time
• 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

The Role:

• Working as a key person to build strong relationships with both children and their families.
• Position is rotational, time spent with all age groups
• Planning stimulating and fun activities whilst closely following the Early Years curriculum.
• Observing children and recording early years milestones.
• Encouraging learning through meaningful play.
• Working to maintain Health & Safety and Safeguarding Practices within the setting.
• Creating a fun, safe and warm environment where children can flourish and grow.

Essential Qualities and Qualifications:

• An Early Years/childcare qualification Level 3 or above.
• Need to have at least 2 years experience in a Nursery setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• A passion for childcare and a full understanding of the EYFS.
• Able to liaise with and develop good relationships with parents.
• Experience of using a tablet for reports would be useful but not essential.
