Description
NURSERY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
We are actively seeking, passionate, self motivated individuals who want to build a career in childcare and progress to achieve qualifications and career progression.
No qualifications needed but must have experience working with pre-school age children and able to demonstrate an understanding of the EYFS curriculum. We are looking for keen learners and nurturing candidates.
Location - FULHAM AREA
Salary:
- UnQualified Nursery Nurse - paying up to £25,000 per annum, Full Time, 42.5 hours a week.

The Role:
- Provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors.
- Support Room Leaders and other Educators in delivering an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress.
- To plan activities which ensure each child is working towards the early learning outcomes.
- Strive for Continuous Improvements.
- To support children in care and hygiene routines.
- To liaise with parents/carers.
- To attend all training and complete all assignments required for your NVQ course.
- To remain on top of commitments relating to your course and in touch with your assigned assessor.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed, in accordance with the nursery aims and objectives
- Adhering to the Policies & Procedures and compliance with the Children Act, Health and Safety legislation and within the guidelines of Ofsted/CSIW and the National Standards.
- To work within a team to provide high standards of education for 0-5 years, vacancies in all rooms.
- Follow and have a full understanding of the EYFS.
- To maintain Health and Safety policies and the Safeguarding of the children.
The Candidate:
- Able to work as an ambassador for the nursery
- Fluent written and spoken english.
- Willing to go the extra mile.
- Happy and Bubbly Demeanour.
- Paediatric First Aid Training (desirable)
- Knowledge of the EYFS (desirable)
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
