Description
Small independently owned nursery setting looking for a qualified and experienced nursery room leader to joint their supportive and friendly team of practitioners.
FREE CHILD CARE on days you are working! and £1000 - Welcome Bonus (£500 on passing 6 month probation and further £500 on completion of 12 months service)
Room Leader- Must be L3 qualified in a full and relevant childcare qualification with experience of leading a room or deputising within a room. Ideally have minimum 3-4 years experience within a nursery setting.
Senior Nursery Nurse-Must be L3 qualified in a full and relevant childcare qualification with experience of being a nursery nurse for over 2 years.
Salary:
- Room Leader (L3 Qualified) paying £13.65 to £14.30 per hour (up to £30,859 for 41.5 hr/wk and up to £29,744 for 40hr/wk)
- Senior Nursery Nurse (L3 Qualified) paying up to £12.75 per hour (up to £27,514.50 for 41.5hr/wk and up to £26,520 for 40h/wk)
Hours:
- 40 hours over 4/5 days or 41.5 hours over 5 days
- Vacancy for room leader in toddler and pre-school room

The Role:
- Working as a key person to a group of children building warm and professional relationships with families and children.
- Working as part of a team to plan and deliver learning experiences that are fun, challenging and enable children to reach their full potential.
- Taking all necessary steps to ensure the well-being and safety of all children.
The Candidate:
- Hold, a recognised level 3 early years qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a nursery setting and ideally 1 year in a senior role
- Must have a positive attitude to work, and have a real love of working with children.
- Own transport is highly recommended.
